"I can't say enough good things about my experience with Monica Maldonado! I've moved here from across the country and was searching for a local rep for insurance before I arrived so I could get a vehicle quickly. Not only did she help me out with making the car insurance process seamless but she had so much knowledge on the entire insurance to car buying process in Nevada/what to do at the DMV, which is much different than where I moved from. She made a process that could have been a nightmare easy and breezy and I can't recommend her enough! "Insurance went from $171 a month to $845. Then they dropped me! First accident occurred march and was my fault. The 2nd, within a year, was not. Both due to construction. Buyer beware"

Accidents happen, and it’s unfortunate that you experienced two incidents, one of which was not your fault, within a relatively short timeframe. While accidents along with other factors can impact insurance rates, we acknowledge that the increase in your premium may have been unexpected and burdensome. Our company follows underwriting guidelines that assess risk factors. Premiums and cancellations are determined based on various factors, including but not limited to driving history and claims history. We take your feedback seriously and understand the frustration you experienced with the increase in your insurance premium. If you choose to stay with our company (the cancellation gave you the option to move to coverage at the higher rate) please call my office at 702-212-0520. "Ethan was the rep I interacted with during my search for car insurance for. It was my first experience purchasing car insurance as I had purchased my first car. I had very minimal knowledge about the process but Ethan was incredibly helpful and patient, he took the time to explain the reasoning behind his recommended coverage for me and gave me comfort over my decision. "Lucky for me, I happened to meet Monica out on the town. I switched from Geico to State Farm for both my auto and home. I was also able to include life and umbrella insurance. My 4 State Farm policies were cheaper and also better benefits then what I had previous. Rock solid interaction from sign up to closing. "I been at this office with Julie since 2012, insuring my cars and home thought the years. I learned a lot about insurance plans, policies, ways of saving your money while you travel and all other perks. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.
